Cancellation Policy

By participating in our Adult Dance Classes, you agree to the following terms and conditions: Eligibility: Participants must be aged 18 or older to attend. Health and Safety: All participants are responsible for ensuring they are physically fit and able to participate in class activities. Please notify the instructor of any medical conditions or injuries prior to the start of class. STMT Dance will not be held responsible for any injuries sustained during the class. Bookings and Payments: All class bookings must be made in advance. Payment is required to secure your spot. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the class will not be eligible for a refund. Dress Code: Participants should wear comfortable, flexible clothing suitable for movement (e.g., activewear). Ballet slippers are recommended for ballet classes. Media Consent: By attending the class, you consent to any photos or videos taken during the session being used for STMT Dance’s promotional purposes. Please notify us if you do not wish to be included. Cancellations by STMT Dance: In the unlikely event that a class is cancelled by STMT Dance, participants will be offered a full refund or the opportunity to reschedule. Liability Waiver: By attending the class, participants acknowledge that dance is a physical activity and agree to participate at their own risk. STMT Dance is not liable for any injuries or loss of property during the class. General Conduct: STMT Dance reserves the right to refuse entry or remove participants from the class who display inappropriate or disruptive behaviour.
